IPod touch went through the washer, it's been drying a week. Just plugged it in + it's flashing. Help?

If you cant get it turned and you cant connect to iTunes then the liquid damage appears to have caused irrepairable damage to the iPod. Apple will fix it for around 100 or you can buy a new one.
