Crazy stomach pains.?

does this happen to any one else.? When im hungry my stomach doesn't growl. It goes Straight to killing me with hunger. I mean its not like i don't eat enough. Today i had yogurt for breakfast, cereal for lunch and pizza for supper (pizza ik healthy right? ha ha) but anyway i was sick so i wasn't too hungry but now im felling better and five minutes ago i was full, and now my stomach is yelling at me, by hurting terribly. it didn't growl once just went straight to freaking out. and it kinda makes my back hurt. almost like a menstrual cramp, but my period is far off i have only been off it a week. does this happen to any one else. its odd to me.
