10 points!! Need some advice, please girls only?

I have had a huge crush on this guy for a couple of months and he was showing a lot of signs that he liked me back. His friends always told him to ask me out. Well, it's been months and he has barely shown any more signs and hasnt asked me out. I can feel my feelings slipping away for him and I'm sad about it. I'm also sad that we are going to different schools next year. I still have some feelings for him, though and can't see him with another girl. Then, there's my best friend thats a guy. I have had some feelings for him lately. On valentines day, he got me flowers. On my birthday he got me a necklace. Once when I was talking to him, he was staring in my eyes and he said "you're beautiful." I like him a lot more than the other guy now. Im sad because he's going to a different school too. There's a few more days left in the school year. Please if you could give me some advice! I'm new to all of this so your help will be appreciated. Thanks.
