How to dye my hair exactly like this color...?

As a cosmetologist I recommend you go in and get it done professionally but if your cant do that then bleach your hair so its almost white with a bleach mixture and then buy a lighter purple die from a local beauty supply store and die it if you don’t want it dark don’t leave it in so long
