Has anyone ever won the freebies/ sweepstakes from seventeen magazine?

I've won some CoverGirl makeup items from Seventeen last year. I didn't receive any email,mail, or phone notification that I won. The items just appeared in my mailbox one day. But I think if you're minor, Seventeen would contact your parents first about your prize.
