Would this work? three problems 1. illegals 2. rebuild New Orleans 3. florida alligators. We dig a deep and wide ditch along the mexican border, take the gravel from this and rebuild New Orleans, and then take the alligators and fill the ditches many problems solved and no one hurt except illegals trying to enter our country
