What should i do to help my friendship?

my friend is always starting drama and she says she doesnt cause any. she always has an attitude and is bossy. I really do love her like a sis but im really getting tired of all of it. We also plan to live together through collage with this one other girl but thats far away and idk if we will stay friends by then, i hope we r. I really wanna talk to her abut it and ive tried and she just argues and argues with me. What should i tell her? and what should i do?
