Why are there so many racist people in California?

why are there so many racist black people in the in california? cities like LA, bay area oakland, sacramento, etc california. if youre one of them then tell me why you are so racist to others? do you teach your kids to be racist as well cause i even see black kids in elementary that are racist. im not saying all blacks are racist, im saying most are. i do have some black friends and they too hate other blacks who are racist
