Can anyone tell me a software that can change AVI to VOB format?

Well I used cucusoft to change my AVI video into a VOB format but when it was done and I began watching it. I finally knew that he movie was like fliped and had the word trial version right smack in the center. so is there any software for free that can change a AVI to VOB format WITHOUT ANY TRADEMARKS!
