ABRSM Grade 5 Theory Exam?

I am going to take this exam in soon, but I do not know how to study properly. I do not know whether I should study the definition of each ornament or not. Also, will the exam cover the content more than the content in Music Theory In Practice? Such as Tremolo, I found it in the General practice but never in the practice book.
