My teacher hates me............................…

ok well my band teacher, i think he hates me. in band i sit next to my boyfriend and sometimes we will talk, but the teacher will be like, Im going to wait until Jess can get focused, and he will do it over and over again like 5 times per cl. then i was just sitting there in band and he was like, jess, i need you to move up a row. for many different reasons, then he will give me this like... glare. or if my note is flat, infront of the entire cl he will go OH REALLY? WELL AT LEAST NOW I KNOW WHOS DESTROYING THE BAND! and stuff like that. today he was my sub in french and my friend and i came in like 1 sec late and we sat down and she whispered what does "blahblahblah" mean? and then he goes "JESS. I think you should move to the last seat in the row. its only been 30 seconds and i can already tell this wont work out." then through out the whole cl he would just glare at me. when i asked to go to the restroom he just gave me this look kinda like a glare. my friend said it seemed he was taking it all out on me! he like... hates me but ive never done anything to him and most of the time i am quiet! what should i do?
