Is final fantasy coming out on psp?

I was looking on gamespot.com for some ff games and the site said that there is a ff7 Advent children coming out on psp(movie). My first question is, is it really coming out? and my 2nd question is, If it is, are the graphics going to look like the FF7 AC game graphics or anime graphics?
