Didn't Liberals promise us that Obama would restore our overseas relationships?

Yup. Nothing but cupcakes and sunshine once Obama was President. And, oh, how the world would love us. Terrorist would lay down their arms and extend their welcomes. Respect and admiration were to abound. Rays of sunshine would unite us all like one big Coke commercial. Snow-white turtle doves would burst forth everywhere he went. What happened?
